Chimay Grande Réserve

Popped a bottle last weekend and even with just a few years on it, the dark Trappist character deepened beautifully—that rich, powerful aroma filled the whole room. The 750 ml size made it perfect for slow sipping across the evening, and I can see how it'd only get more complex with more age.
