Simcoe, Citra och Cascade över en ljus maltbas som håller sig i bakgrunden. Först tall och kåda, därefter grapefrukt, citron och mjukare toner av honungsmelon och cantaloupe — mynta och basilika som svävar i bakgrunden. Lätt söt, bestämt bitter, krispig och torr.

The hop combo hits exactly as promised—that pine and resin bite up front gives way to a grapefruit tang, with the melon sweetness just peeking through on the finish. The mint and basil are a ghost of a thing, but it makes the whole can feel surprisingly refreshing for a summer sipper.
The pine and resin hit first, but that honeydew and cantaloupe finish is what keeps me coming back for another sip. It's light enough to crush on a hot afternoon, yet the mint and basil ghosting through makes it feel more interesting than your average summer ale.
Opened one after mowing the lawn and that pine-and-resin hit up front is exactly what I needed. The grapefruit comes through clean on the finish, and the melon note lingers just enough to keep things interesting.
