En Christmas Winter Forrest IPA med en blandning av citrus, kåda och tall kombinerat med kryddor, frukt och lätt bubbelgum – för att värma dig när vi går in i hösten. Den är klar och ljus, med en mörkare gyllene färg än våra vanliga IPA:er. Med cascade, centennial, chinook och perle får du en mix av skarpa humletoner med inslag av trä, tall och trädsaft.
The bubblegum note surprised me at first, but it blends so well with the citrus and pine that it’s become my go-to as the evenings get cooler. Poured a clear, dark gold that looked as good as it tasted.
The first sip hits with that piney resin kick, then the bubblegum sweetness sneaks in and balances the spice—perfect for a crisp evening. It’s bright and clear in the glass, which I didn’t expect from a winter IPA, and it genuinely warms you up as the weather turns.
