Den allra första To Øl-ölen som någonsin bryggts har nu fått ett nytt liv och flyter genom de kromatiska ådrorna på To Øl City-bryggeriet! Vi har inte mixtrat så mycket med den (som man säger, om det inte är trasigt, laga det inte), men vi har ökat användningen av Citra, Mosaic och Simcoe för lite extra 'ooh la la'.
The fact that this is a revisited version of their original brew really shines through—it tastes like a refined classic, with that hop bitterness balanced just right. I cracked one open after a long week and it hit the spot perfectly, no regrets on the six-pack.
