Denna smakrika, medelfylliga IPA är bryggd med aromatiska och fruktiga humlesorter från Tyskland. Vi samarbetade med den tyska humleleverantören HVG (som kom till bryggdagen) för att prova några av de spännande nya sorterna i Tyskland och skapa en öl som du kanske skulle tro är gjord med amerikansk humle. Ölen använder en blandning av en experimentell ny humle från deras förädlingsprogram som ännu inte finns på marknaden, plus massor av tysk Amarillo och en touch av Callista och Amira. Den har en enkel maltbas som är ljus i färgen med en god dos vete och havre och har en fin balans mellan lätt sötma och beska. Om du gillade den första, kolla in denna!

The fruitiness from those German hops is really forward, almost like a juicy stone fruit note, but it stays balanced and crisp on the finish. Poured a nice hazy gold and disappeared way faster than I expected from a medium body.
