Opened this on a sunny afternoon and the Loral hops give it this gentle, floral lift that’s perfect for spring. The chamomile adds a soft, tea-like calm to the finish—really well balanced for a Saison.

The chamomile really shines through without making it taste like tea, which I was worried about. Poured a hazy golden straw color and the floral aroma filled the whole kitchen. Perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon on the porch.
