Uma lista invulgar de ingredientes utilizados em pequenas doses combina-se para criar sabores únicos. Em colaboração com a Purpose Brewing, usámos alho-francês na mostura, tomate e camomila na caldeira/whirlpool, e adicionámos tomate seco e Urfa biber no tanque após a fermentação. Urfa biber é uma pimenta húngara fumada com sabor a fruta seca.
The leek in the mash is such a wild idea, but it gives this an earthy backbone that makes the tomato and chamomile pop in a way I didn't expect. Glad I grabbed a bottle to try alongside dinner.
The chamomile really comes through on the finish, which I wasn't expecting from a beer with tomato in it. Poured it for a few friends and we all kept going back for another sip to figure out what exactly we were tasting.
