Este é o #09 da série DIPA. Utilizamos uma base de malte e um processo semelhantes aos do #08, que apresentava um bom corpo e sensação na boca. Estamos a usar o novo lúpulo experimental HBC 586, que pode ser descrito como uma verdadeira salada de frutas, proporcionando belas notas de manga e ananás. Amarillo, Idaho 7 e Simcoe também foram usados para criar este autêntico sucesso!
That first pour hit different—the hop character from HBC 586 comes through bold and a little dank, but the malt body keeps it balanced. Finished a can before I even thought to check the ABV. Definitely grabbing another four-pack.
The mouthfeel on this one is exactly what I want from a DIPA—full and smooth without being heavy. That HBC 586 hop brings something interesting, almost herbal and dank, that I haven't had in a while. Poured one after dinner and it disappeared fast.
