One in a series of mixed culture saisons fermented in stainless steel, blended with some oak aged beer and infused with various botanicals. This time using sea salt and semi dried coriander seeds from our kitchen garden out here at To Øl City. Packaged in cans to be consumed while fresh and vibrant. Canned with local raw honey for a natural carbonation.

The oak-aged blend really comes through in the finish, adding a roundness that balances the sharp sea salt on the front. Coriander seeds give it a subtle, almost citrusy lift that kept me reaching for another sip.
Opened this after a long week and the coriander comes through as this soft, herbal brightness against the salty finish—really well balanced. The stainless steel fermentation keeps it crisp, and the oak aging adds just enough roundness without weighing it down. I'd grab another bottle next time I see
