Low alcohol Biere de Table fermented with our house mixed culture, aged for 3 months in oak puncheons, and dry-hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh before packaging. This crushable and simple beer provides firm bitterness with mild acidity. Canned with local raw honey for a natural carbonation.
The oak aging gives it a smooth, mellow character while the dry-hop keeps it bright and refreshing—perfect for a long afternoon. It's dangerously easy to drink for something at this alcohol level.
