Stereo Mono - Talus is the third in our series of DDH single hopped beers. Talus™ is a newly released hop variety from the Hop Breeding Company and Yakima Chief Ranches and gives off amazing aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus rinds, dried roses, pine resin, and tropical fruits.

We were one of only seven European breweries around the world that were chosen to brew a single hop beer using the Talus™ hop, and we’re super stoked to be able to share the latest developments in hop cultivation with you through this magnificent Juicy beast.

Yakima Chief have also said why it’s called Talus™: A word that represents the sloped features of rocky terrain, pays homage to the rich mountainous landscape of the Pacific Northwest and the hop’s adventurous profile
