Coming from the new Mexicana family of hops, related to Sabro and Talus, this exciting hop strain has notes of coconut, pineapple, ripe tropical fruits, and even some mint in there as well. This new beauty from Yakima Chief works well on its own, but pairs excellently alongside its other hop relatives as well.

The coconut and pineapple notes are unmistakable on the nose, but that unexpected minty finish is what really sets this one apart for me. It’s tropical without being sweet, and I keep reaching for another can just to chase that weird, refreshing combo.

I cracked one open after dinner and the coconut and pineapple came through way stronger than I expected, with that tropical fruitiness lingering nicely. The mint is subtle but it keeps every sip interesting, and it’s smooth enough that I’m already planning to grab another pack.

Riley ★★★★★

That mint note really sets this apart—it lingers just enough after the tropical fruit hits, making every sip feel surprisingly refreshing. The coconut and pineapple are upfront but not overly sweet, which works perfectly for a hot afternoon.
