House Of Pale is one of the recipes we’ve taken from our beloved mad laboratory in Copenhagen, BRUS. A New England Pale ale with Equanot hops. It’s seen many changes and tweaks over this year, experimenting with hop doses and overall ‘crispiness’ - and now we’re pretty sure we’ve got exactly what we’ve been looking for.
That Equanot hop character comes through beautifully—all soft citrus and stone fruit without any harsh bite. The haze is picture-perfect for the style and it drinks way smoother than the 6% would suggest. I've already ordered another round.
First pour and the haze is exactly what you want from a New England Pale, plus that Equanot gives it a soft, juicy kick without being heavy. I’ve had it fresh from the fridge and it disappears way too fast—definitely grabbing another four-pack.
