A blend of 10 barrels aged between 3 and 18 months. Brewed with raw wheat, malted barley and Saaz hops. A spectrum of character from our oldest yet most simple of base beers is brought together to create a complex sum. This one has the most oak presence so far and is a blend we will continue to put together over the years and see it evolve.
