The body on this is proper for a session beer—you’d swear it’s a full-strength IPA until you realise you’ve sunk three pints without the wobble. Hops are right up there, juicy and sharp, exactly what I want on a warm evening.
It’s 4.2% but tastes like I’m drinking something far heavier, the body’s genuinely there. Easy to sink three pints without noticing, which is exactly what I wanted from a session IPA.
Half the alcohol but somehow all the sticky hop punch of a proper DIPA—the body on this thing is seriously impressive for a session beer. I could easily sink three or four of these in an evening without feeling wrecked the next morning.
