ELG Gin No. 1 to krystalicznie czysty, uniwersalny gin. Powstaje na bazie jagód jałowca, nasion kolendry oraz duńskich marchwi. W smaku dominuje aromat jagód jałowca. 

Został zaprojektowany jako idealny dodatek do wielu różnych koktajli, ale można go również pić w czystej postaci lub „z lodem”. Świetnie komponuje się z większością toników, tworząc klasycznego gina z tonikiem. Gin z tonikiem ma opalizujący wygląd ze względu na dużą ilość jagód jałowca.

I usually stick to London dry gins, but the coriander and Danish carrots give this one a clean, slightly earthy finish that works surprisingly well in a Negroni. The juniper is definitely front and center, so the classic gin character is still there — it's just smoother than my usual bottle.
