Trappist Westvleteren 12 er et mørkt øl med et veldig blonder skum. Syrlig mørk frukt, rosiner, karamellsødme, varmende alkohol, tobakk og lær. Det er brygget på det verdensberømte Trappistklosteret Sint-Sixtus i Westvleteren og det har en alkoholprosent på 10,2 %.
Dette ølet er rangert som «verdens beste øl».
