Dette er et samarbeidsbrygg med Bale Breaker bryggeri i Yakima Valley i Washington. De er et bryggeri eid av en av humlebondeene og ligger midt i humlemarkene. Vi bruker humle fra deres gård (Loftus Ranch) i ølet.

Ølet er en moderne vestkyst-IPA, noe som betyr at det er tørrere og lettere enn originale vestkyst-IPA-er, fortsatt med en merkbar bitterhet, men humleprofilen er mer i retning av tropisk fruktig og 'dank' med en blanding av mosaic- og krush-humle, i stedet for standard grapefrukt/furu fra cascade og chinook.

The can design caught my eye first, but the brew itself is what keeps me coming back for another pour. You can really taste the Yakima Valley influence in that bright, resinous hop profile without it being overly bitter. Clean finish that makes it dangerously easy to drink.
