Pale ale (laget med glutensreduksjon ved hjelp av et enzym kalt brewers clarex) med Citra, Ekuanot, Azacca, Simcoe, Idaho 7.
Vi har nå brygget denne babyen i vårt To Øl City-bryggeri, og finpusset den akkurat slik vi vil ha den før vi slipper den ut i naturen igjen. En India Pale Ale tørrhumlet med Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe.
Og den har et veldig lavt gluteninnhold!
The hop lineup here is a hophead’s dream—Citra and Idaho 7 come through juicy up front, with Simcoe adding a nice resinous bite at the finish. Even with the gluten enzyme, the body feels full and the haze holds up beautifully.
I wasn't expecting the gluten reduction to be this seamless, but the body stays full and smooth while the Citra and Idaho 7 bring that bright, juicy finish. Poured it for a friend who usually avoids pale ales and he went back for a second glass.
That hop lineup is a serious punch of citrus and pine, and the Clarex treatment means I can share a round without the bloat. The body stays surprisingly full for something this easy to drink, which keeps me coming back for another can.
