House Of Pale er en av oppskriftene vi har tatt fra vårt elskede laboratorium i København, BRUS. En New England Pale ale med Equanot-humle. Den har gjennomgått mange endringer og justeringer i løpet av dette året, med eksperimentering på humledoser og generell 'crispiness' – og nå er vi ganske sikre på at vi har fått akkurat det vi har lett etter.
That Equanot hop character comes through beautifully—all soft citrus and stone fruit without any harsh bite. The haze is picture-perfect for the style and it drinks way smoother than the 6% would suggest. I've already ordered another round.
