Double Theory er en dristig dobbel IPA med et hint av haze og stor DIPA-energi. Full av fruktige, gressaktige og furuaktige noter, viser den frem den dynamiske trioen av Zappa, Idaho 7 og Cascade Cryo-humle, som sammen gir en svært rund og balansert finish.

Brygget av To Øl Copenhagen på vårt bryggerhus, BRUS, er dette en sjelden mulighet til å transportere deg til hjertet av bryggeriet vårt i Nørrebro med smaksløkene.

The haze is exactly what I want in a DIPA—thick enough to coat the glass but still drinks dangerously smooth for 8%+. That grassy bite from the Cascade Cryo really cuts through the fruity sweetness on the finish.
