Den Chimay Blue Cap, døpt "Grande Reserve" i 750 ml flasker, er et mørkt trappistøl med en kraftig aroma, og den komplekse smaken blir bedre med årene. Det ble først brygget som et juleøl av munkene i Scourmont Abbey i 1956. Dette autentiske belgiske ølet, med et hint av fersk gjær kombinert med et lett rosenblomstpreg, er spesielt behagelig. Aromaen, som man opplever mens man nyter det, forsterker bare de herlige smaksopplevelsene som duften avslører, alt med et lett, men behagelig karamellisert preg.
