Denne øl har røtter i vårt bryggeri i København. Lagret på en av de to franske eikefatene (Foeders) som nå finnes i To Øl City. En mørk vørter ble brygget i 2020, og fermentert sammen med en betydelig mengde øl som ble brygget helt tilbake i 2018.
Inspirert av og minner om Oud Bruin og Flanders red ales fra Belgia.

Two years in that French oak did something special—there’s a smooth, almost vanilla-like roundness that you don’t get from standard barrel-aging. Dark and rich, it drinks dangerously easy for something brewed back in 2020. I’m already hunting for another bottle.
