Dette er #09 i DIPA-serien. Vi bruker en lignende maltbase og prosess som #08, som hadde en fin kropp og munnfølelse. Vi bruker den nye eksperimentelle humlen HBC 586, som kan beskrives som en skikkelig fruktsalat, og gir vakre noter av mango og ananas. Amarillo, Idaho 7 og Simcoe ble også brukt for å lage denne karen!
That first pour hit different—the hop character from HBC 586 comes through bold and a little dank, but the malt body keeps it balanced. Finished a can before I even thought to check the ABV. Definitely grabbing another four-pack.
The mouthfeel on this one is exactly what I want from a DIPA—full and smooth without being heavy. That HBC 586 hop brings something interesting, almost herbal and dank, that I haven't had in a while. Poured one after dinner and it disappeared fast.
