Den 6. utgaven av vår #-DIPA-serie er et saftig monster brygget med alle Crosby Hops. Vi holdt maltregningen enkel denne gangen, for å gi all oppmerksomhet til en av våre nye favoritthumler - Zappa! Nok en Neo-Mexicana-humle (fra samme familie som Sabro, Talus og HBC 472). Forvent tropiske aromaer, med noter av pasjonsfrukt, mynte, tropiske modne frukter og Fruity Pebbles - alt virvlet sammen og balansert med noen sitrusnoter fra Amarillo & Idaho 7.

Poured it into a tulip glass and the hop aroma hit me before I even got my nose close — that Crosby hop lineup is seriously loud. It’s dangerously easy to drink for 8%, and the finish stays juicy instead of turning bitter. Definitely the best one in the series so far.

The simple malt bill really lets those Crosby hops shine—it's a thick, juicy mouthful without any cloying sweetness. This DIPA is dangerous, I keep reaching for another can.

The citrus and tropical notes from those Crosby hops hit right away, and the simple malt base lets them shine without any heaviness. Juicy is the right word—this thing pours thick and drinks dangerously smooth for 8%.
