Dit is een oude bekende die we hebben teruggebracht, maar volledig opnieuw vormgegeven. De moutbasis is hetzelfde gebleven als voorheen, maar het hop-profiel is volledig vernieuwd. Deze is gebaseerd op Extra Pale, Tarwe en Haver, gehopt met Hallertau Blanc en Wai-iti. Verwacht heerlijke grasachtige limoentonen met een frisse droge afdronk.
The extra pale and wheat base keeps it light enough that I can crush a couple without feeling weighed down, and the reworked hops give it a nice citrus bite that lingers just right. This one's a solid comeback.
The oats and wheat really make this one glide across the palate, and the reworked hop profile brings a bright, juicy finish that feels completely fresh. It pours hazy and drinks dangerously smooth for the ABV. I grabbed a second four-pack before I even finished the first.
The malty backbone is solid, but the reworked hops really shine through with a bright, modern bitterness that keeps me coming back. That oat and wheat combo gives it a smoothness that makes the second pint go down just as easy as the first.
