In het verlengde van onze single-hop-serie zetten we dit keer de unieke smaken van deze parel van een hop (knipoog) in de schijnwerpers: Idaho Gem. Uitsluitend dry-gehopt met Idaho Gem, schittert deze IPA met tonen van steenvruchten, rood fruit, citrus en grapefruit, allemaal in balans gebracht door een zachte en fluweelachtige mondgevoel van de vlokkenhaver en tarwemouten die we zorgvuldig aan de moutstorting hebben toegevoegd.
