Een Christmas Winter Forrest IPA, met een mix van citrus, hars en dennen, gecombineerd met kruiden, fruit en een vleugje kauwgom, om je te verwarmen terwijl we de herfst ingaan. Het is helder en doorzichtig, met een donkerdere goudkleur dan onze typische IPA's. Met cascade, centennial, chinook en perle krijg je een mix van frisse hop-smaken, waaronder hout, dennen en boomsap.
The bubblegum note surprised me at first, but it blends so well with the citrus and pine that it’s become my go-to as the evenings get cooler. Poured a clear, dark gold that looked as good as it tasted.
The first sip hits with that piney resin kick, then the bubblegum sweetness sneaks in and balances the spice—perfect for a crisp evening. It’s bright and clear in the glass, which I didn’t expect from a winter IPA, and it genuinely warms you up as the weather turns.
