Een Belgisch blond bier met kenmerkende smaken van kruidnagel en banaan afkomstig van de gist, koriander en sumak die in de brouwerij worden toegevoegd, en een vleugje kleur/zoetheid van wat Münchener mout. Het gebruikt Duitse edele hop voor een vleugje pittigheid.
The banana and clove from the yeast really come through on the nose, and that Munich malt sweetness balances the dry finish perfectly. I bought a few bottles for a quiet evening and ended up finishing two before dinner.
The coriander and sumac give it a nice citrusy twist that I didn't expect from a blonde ale, and the Munich malt rounds out the sweetness perfectly. Poured a lovely hazy gold with a creamy head that lingered, and it tasted even better as it warmed up.
