Dit is onze 1000e batch uit To Øl City, dus we wilden natuurlijk het feestvarken uithangen en vieren. Deze IPA is vergist tot een einddichtheid van 1.000, wat hem een heerlijk droge IPA maakt. Hij is gebrouwen met een schone moutstorting en lagergist, maar gehopt als een ale: met Columbus, Centennial, Hallertauer Blanc & Citra.
