Dit is #09 in de DIPA-serie. We gebruiken een vergelijkbare moutbasis en werkwijze als #08, die een mooie body & mondgevoel had. We gebruiken de nieuwe experimentele hop HBC 586, die omschreven kan worden als een echte fruitsalade, met prachtige tonen van mango en ananas. Ook Amarillo, Idaho 7 en Simcoe zijn gebruikt om deze kanjer te creëren!
That first pour hit different—the hop character from HBC 586 comes through bold and a little dank, but the malt body keeps it balanced. Finished a can before I even thought to check the ABV. Definitely grabbing another four-pack.
The mouthfeel on this one is exactly what I want from a DIPA—full and smooth without being heavy. That HBC 586 hop brings something interesting, almost herbal and dank, that I haven't had in a while. Poured one after dinner and it disappeared fast.
That HBC 586 hop really delivers—I’m getting this wild, almost piney-forward character that I haven’t found in other DIPAs lately. The malt base keeps it smooth enough that the bitterness doesn’t bite, just lingers nicely. Perfect for a slow Saturday pour.
