Stereo Monoシリーズの目標は、ホップを主役にすることです。そのため、このビールのベースは、ペールモルト、小麦モルト、チットモルト、フレークドオーツ、そしてほんの少しのメラノイジンを使用し、ホップのアロマを引き立てるクリーンなキャンバスを作りつつ、ホップの苦味をバランスよく支えるわずかなボディを残しています。ピーチ、マンゴー、ブルーベリー、シトラスの香りが詰まった、ジューシーでフレッシュなIPAをお届けします。

Cracked this open after dinner and the tropical nose hit me before I even poured it. That mosaic hop really delivers the citrus and pine mix without going bitter, and at 44cl it's the perfect solo can for a quiet evening.
The first sip is a burst of ripe mango and grapefruit, exactly what I want from a juicy Mosaic beer. The piney finish keeps it balanced, so it’s not too sweet or one-note. This 44cl can didn’t last long on my patio—wish I’d grabbed two.
The aroma hits you right away—tropical and citrusy with just a whisper of pine that keeps things interesting. Poured it into a tulip glass and the juicy hop character stayed vibrant from first sip to last drop.
