The HBC630 hop is doing something wild here—it’s like drinking a glass of berry compote, but with that clean, dry finish you’d want from an IPA. I cracked one open after dinner and the sweetness kept me coming back for another sip. Definitely a standout for anyone curious about experimental hops.
That berry note really comes through on the nose before the first sip, and it lingers nicely on the finish without being cloying. I've had a few single-hop IPAs that felt one-dimensional, but this one keeps you coming back for another sip.
