That first sip hits you with this dense, dark fruit wave—plum and raisin upfront, then it keeps unfolding into this warm, almost boozy vinous finish. I’ve had stronger beers, but none with this much depth per sip; a 330ml bottle honestly feels like an event.

Poured it slowly and the head settled into a beautiful tan foam, then that deep raisin and black currant nose hit me right away. The vinousness builds with each sip, warming you up more than you'd expect for a beer this size, but it's dangerously smooth. Already planning my next bottle.

Opened this after dinner and the dark pour alone sets the mood. That black currant note really lingers, and the vinous complexity builds with every sip—went back for a second bottle before I knew it.
