The tropical notes from the Callista hops come through beautifully without any harsh bitterness. I grabbed a six-pack for Friday night and ended up sipping it slow because the hazy mouthfeel is just that satisfying.
It’s dangerously easy to drink—the organic malts give it a smooth, bready backbone that keeps the hazy body from feeling heavy, and that Hallertauer Blanc finish lingers just right. Another can seems to disappear before I even notice.
The hop blend really shines here—that Callista and Hallertauer Blanc combo gives it a floral, slightly citrusy kick I wasn’t expecting. Poured it into a tulip glass after dinner and the hazy body looked as good as it tasted, super smooth with no harsh bite.
