クリスマスウィンターフォレストIPA。シトラス、樹脂、パインの香りに、スパイス、フルーツ、軽やかなバブルガムが加わり、秋の訪れを温かく迎えさせてくれます。明るくクリアな外観で、当社の典型的なIPAよりも濃いゴールドカラー。カスケード、センテニアル、チヌーク、パールを使用し、ウッド、パイン、ツリーサップを含む、キリッとしたホップの風味が楽しめます。
The bubblegum note surprised me at first, but it blends so well with the citrus and pine that it’s become my go-to as the evenings get cooler. Poured a clear, dark gold that looked as good as it tasted.
The first sip hits with that piney resin kick, then the bubblegum sweetness sneaks in and balances the spice—perfect for a crisp evening. It’s bright and clear in the glass, which I didn’t expect from a winter IPA, and it genuinely warms you up as the weather turns.
