Jule Sovsは the この季節のための、かすんだホッピーなビールです。ポノマ酵母を使用したヘイジーIPAで、グラスに大胆な新しい風味をもたらすよう醸造されました。この琥珀色の美しいビールは、より深みを出すためにダークキャラメルライ麦モルトを少し加え、シトラ、ストラータ、ザッパホップによるトロピカルでフルーティーなプロフィールを持ちます。パイナップル、オレンジ、パインの香りに、バランスの取れた甘みとライ麦のスパイスが感じられ、完璧なホリデートリートです。
The haze is gorgeous and the Ponoma yeast gives it this soft, rounded mouthfeel that I wasn't expecting from an IPA. It pours that deep amber and the caramel rye lingers in the finish just enough to keep it interesting without getting heavy.
That caramel rye really comes through on the backend, giving the haze a toasty warmth I wasn’t expecting from an IPA. The Ponoma yeast keeps it lively and fresh, so it’s been my go-to pour while the lights are up.
The haze is perfect for an IPA and the Pomona yeast gives it a softer, fruitier finish than most winter brews I've tried. That caramel rye makes it dangerously easy to sip on a cold evening — went through the six-pack faster than planned.
