The gin’s quieter juniper lets the dry tonic and lemon verbena really take center stage, which makes it dangerously easy to sip on a warm evening. Cracking one open after work felt like a small upgrade to my usual routine, and the low sugar means I don’t feel weighed down after the second glass.
The lemon verbena really shines on top instead of being buried under heavy tonic sweetness, which is exactly what I want in a canned drink. It's dry and clean, with just enough juniper to remind you it's a proper G&T but not enough to smack you around.
