北欧サイダーの新たな解釈。Over Hegnetは、デンマークの有機リンゴを使用した、非常にジューシーで爽やかなサイダーです。リンゴは、シェラン島南部のLundbyにある再生型農場Tvedemoseから調達しています。シャープな酸味、柔らかなタンニン、そして繊細な構造が絶妙にバランスされ、正確に計量されたほのかな残糖が加わっています。鮮やかで、グルテンフリー*の、リラックスした晴れたひとときにぴったりの喉越し爽快な一杯です。

I kept a bottle in the fridge for a hot day and it did not disappoint—the apples from Tvedemose give it this genuinely fresh, juicy taste that’s way more interesting than standard ciders. So glad I tried something organic from Denmark instead of my usual go-to.
