Abbiamo prodotto questa birra nel nostro birrificio To Øl City, perfezionandola esattamente come volevamo prima di rilanciarla. Una India Pale Ale dry hoppata con Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe.
Oh, e ha un contenuto di glutine molto basso!
The hop lineup here is a hophead’s dream—Citra and Idaho 7 come through juicy up front, with Simcoe adding a nice resinous bite at the finish. Even with the gluten enzyme, the body feels full and the haze holds up beautifully.
I wasn't expecting the gluten reduction to be this seamless, but the body stays full and smooth while the Citra and Idaho 7 bring that bright, juicy finish. Poured it for a friend who usually avoids pale ales and he went back for a second glass.
That hop lineup is a serious punch of citrus and pine, and the Clarex treatment means I can share a round without the bloat. The body stays surprisingly full for something this easy to drink, which keeps me coming back for another can.
