Abbiamo collaborato con il fornitore tedesco di luppoli HVG (che è venuto per il giorno della produzione) per testare alcune delle nuove varietà entusiasmanti in Germania, creando una birra che potrebbe sembrare fatta con luppoli americani. La birra utilizza una miscela di un nuovo luppolo sperimentale del loro programma di selezione, non ancora sul mercato, insieme a una generosa quantità di Amarillo tedesco e un tocco di Callista e Amira. Ha una base di malto semplice, di colore chiaro, con una buona dose di frumento e avena, e un piacevole equilibrio tra leggera dolcezza e amaro. Se ti è piaciuta la prima, dai un'occhiata a questa!

The fruitiness from those German hops is really forward, almost like a juicy stone fruit note, but it stays balanced and crisp on the finish. Poured a nice hazy gold and disappeared way faster than I expected from a medium body.
