The Galaxy hops really pop on the nose before the juicy, slightly bitter finish kicks in. It’s dangerously easy to drink for 8%, and that fruity depth keeps me coming back for another can.
The Azacca and Galaxy hops hit my nose the second I popped the can, and that juicy sweetness balances the bitter finish just right. I could easily drink this on a hot afternoon, though it’s got enough depth to pair with dinner too.
