Untuk edisi terbaru dari seri REPEATER yang sedang berlangsung dari PS, mereka berusaha menciptakan gin kopi dengan profil rasa yang tidak biasa. Untuk melakukannya, mereka bekerja sama dengan teman lama dari Chicago, Dark Matter Coffee, dan pakar gin asal Jerman, Heiko Hoos.

DMC menyediakan beberapa biji kopi Cautai dari Guatemala yang difermentasi dengan ragi gandum Bavaria yang luar biasa, yang kemudian dengan terampil disuling oleh Heiko di laboratoriumnya di Karlsruhe, melalui proses pengujian dan penyesuaian yang menantang namun menyenangkan.
