This orange fruit bomb is like a drinkable shortcut to lounging on a terrace in Sicily under 30-degree Celsius sun. Pechillant is our unique spin on sparkling orange wine, except it's not crafted from grapes. Instead, we start with cider macerated with peaches and raspberries used in sour beer production.
The infusion of peaches and raspberries brings forth delightful notes of stone fruits, candied citrus, and an abundance of berry flavors. The cider contributes acidity and vitality, while a subtle touch of sour beer adds a hint of bitterness, culminating in a blend that's truly in a league of its own.
