Humlesovs

The neutral yeast lets the hops do all the talking, and oh boy, do they talk—this one's a mango-pineapple punch with a bitter snap at the end. Sipped it cold after a long shift and it hit the spot perfectly.

The ekuanot hops give it this deep, almost piney edge that balances the citra really nicely, and the neutral yeast lets all of that come through without any weird off-flavors. Poured a hazy gold and disappeared way faster than I expected.

The citrus punch from those citra hops hits right away, and the ekuanot adds a nice depth without any yeastiness getting in the way. Cracked one open after gardening and it was gone before I even sat down properly.
