Cette IPA est basée sur notre recette Stereo Mono et met en vedette les houblons Citra et Idaho 7. Plutôt que d'ajouter simplement une grande quantité de houblon Citra dans le whirlpool, nous utilisons le nouvel extrait de houblon Citra de Yakima Chief, le YCH 702 DynaBoost™, qui offre 10 fois plus de saveur que les pellets T90. Opened this expecting another standard IPA, but that Citra hop extract in the whirlpool gives it a smooth, almost creamy bitterness that I didn't expect. The Idaho 7 adds a nice fruity kick on the finish that keeps me coming back for another sip.
