Strata and Chinook really shine here—the hop profile is bright and piney without turning bitter. I cracked one after a long week and the creamy body made it dangerously easy to finish the whole can.

That creamy mouthfeel is no joke—it genuinely coats your tongue like a milkshake, while the Chinook adds a nice bitter snap at the end. Three cans went down way too fast on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Strata and Citra come through loud and clear on the nose, but the Chinook keeps the bitterness in check for once. Poured it with dinner and the texture alone made it feel like a dessert beer, even at 7%.
