Nous avons créé une IPA où la céréale est la véritable star. Cette version n'utilise pas seulement un bon seigle épicé, mais nous ajoutons également de l'épeautre ancien, et nous l'équilibrons avec des houblons aux notes d'agrumes : Citra, El Dorado & Cashmere.
The spelt adds this smooth, bready depth that I wasn’t expecting from an IPA, and the Citra hops keep it bright without stealing the show from the grain. This one’s worth grabbing for the balance alone.
The spicy rye hits right up front, then the Citra hops cut through with a bright citrus finish that balances everything out. I grabbed a six-pack on a whim and it’s already my go-to for game nights.
The spicy rye hits your nose right away, but the spelt smooths it out into something almost creamy on the finish. Citra and El Do keep it bright enough that the grain doesn't weigh it down — really well balanced for a 5-star sipper.
