La toute première bière To Øl jamais brassée a été revisitée et coule désormais dans les veines chromatiques de la brasserie To Øl City ! Nous n’y avons pas touché beaucoup (comme on dit, si ça marche, ne change rien), mais nous avons augmenté l’utilisation de Citra, Mosaic et Simcoe pour un petit « ooh la la » supplémentaire.
The fact that this is a revisited version of their original brew really shines through—it tastes like a refined classic, with that hop bitterness balanced just right. I cracked one open after a long week and it hit the spot perfectly, no regrets on the six-pack.
