Double Theory est une Double IPA audacieuse, légèrement trouble et pleine d'énergie DIPA. Débordant de notes fruitées, herbacées et résineuses, elle met en valeur le trio dynamique des houblons Zappa, Idaho 7 et Cascade Cryo, qui s'unissent pour une finale très ronde et équilibrée.

The haze is exactly what I want in a DIPA—thick enough to coat the glass but still drinks dangerously smooth for 8%+. That grassy bite from the Cascade Cryo really cuts through the fruity sweetness on the finish.

I’m usually a haze-hunter, so when the hops are this tight and piney I get suspicious, but the Idaho 7 really shows with a juicy pop that lands clean.
